Executive Officers

Daniel Bordui
President of Century Group, Inc

Daniel BorduiDaniel Bordui has over 12 years experience in radio and broadcast media, more than half of that devoted to generating non-traditional revenue for radio stations. A visionary who sees the opportunity that the internet presents traditional broadcast media, his experience in generating internet revenue has started two successful companies and earned millions for broadcast media. His previous experiences in broadcast media include:

  • BroadcastBid.com - Founder and President.
    • While at BroadcastBid.com, Dan negotiated the relationship with Clear Channel Radio that established Broadcast Bid as a nation-wide radio auctions and e-commerce provider.
    • Designed specifically for the broadcast industry, BroadcastBid.com is a fully customizable and easily integrated radio auction website that fits seamlessly into daily operations of a station. The auction platform is easily branded to the look of any station, easy to operate and costs nothing. BroadcastBid.com populates auctions with thousands of great products, so stations make money by just being part of the network. The real opportunity, though, is for the station sales team to offer auctions to current advertisers as a way to compliment their on-air presence, or as a way to engage new accounts that may not immediately have budget for an ad buy. BroadcastBid.com test stations have had success with gift certificates from area businesses and fantasy items created and offered by personalities. This is a revenue opportunity that is flexible and lends itself to the creative nature of personalities and staff.
  • NTR Auctions - Founder and President
    • Dan founded NTR Auctions and negotiated all of its market to market expansions over the course of the two years that he ran NTR Auctions.
    • NTR Auctions was a localized radio auction platform that offered radio stations non-traditional revenue (NTR) through internet sales. Started with just one station in Orlando, FL, WLOQ, it doubled traffic to the station's website and generated enough revenue to be exported to other stations on a market-by-market basis. NTR Auctions was eventually expanded into national radio auctions site and leading NTR provider BroadcastBid.com
  • Cox Radio - Account Sales Management
    • Over the course of his 8 years at Cox Radio, Dan Bordui managed local, regional, and national sales accounts, attended industry-sponsored training events in customer focused management, and generated millions in internet marketing and sales as part of Cox Radio's NTR and Internet Marketing Department.
    • Cox Radio, Inc. (NYSE: CXR) is one of the largest radio broadcasting companies in the United States. The Company operates, acquires and develops radio stations primarily in markets ranked 10-70 based on revenues. A majority of the Company's stations are concentrated in the Sunbelt. Cox Radio owns, operates or provides sales and marketing services to 80 stations in 18 markets. This radio portfolio includes 67 FM stations and 13 AM stations. In 15 of its 18 markets, Cox Radio operates three or more stations.

Education

  • Attended Lansing Community College and then Central Michigan University. Graduated in 1994 with a B.S. in Communications, Radio, and Television. While a student at Central Michigan, Dan spent two years on the student radio station, starting as a DJ before moving to the other side of the sound booth and developing the student station's first sales program, acquiring State Farm Insurance as the radio station's sponsor.

William Mobley
Chairman & Secretary of Century Group, Inc

Daniel BorduiA prolific entrepreneur, Bill Mobley has an innate ability to integrate technological advances into market opportunities. Mr. Mobley has founded numerous ventures that have generated significant value for his shareholders. Previous endeavors include:

  • Web2Corp (Co-Founder and CEO), is a Web 2.0 internet technology development firm dedicated to rapid creation and adaptation of technologies. Web2Corp addresses new markets of users by creating and simplifying useful products, reducing the level of user technical skills required, and lowering prices for consumers. Web2Corp has launched several successful sites including popular Indian search engine ByIndia.com and innovative turn-key e-commerce provider the International Chamber of E-Commerce (www.ChamberECommerce.com).
  • World Commerce Online (Founder), a trade intermediary system created using Internet technology long before "supply chain management" became a web-enabled buzz word. Mr. Mobley transitioned out of company management at a point where WCO stock traded at over $28.00 per share and ultimately powered GE Global Exchange Services & I2 Technology Solutions.
  • Personal Portals Online (Co-Founder), a website builder system targeting cottage industry merchants seeking a simple, low-cost means of setting up their online storefront and professional service firms seeking distinctive brochure websites. Personal Portals was successfully merged with 110 Media in December of 2005 and is in the process of launching a number of new products.
  • MegaMedia Networks, Inc. (Founder), a casualty of the "Internet bubble-burst", but not before creating and proving the viability of online streaming broadcast as a business. MMN with MegaChannels.com reached a top 50 site ranking by traffic for males 18-34 in 2000, and number #1 media portal serving over 800K+ visitors a day only four months into the network's launch. Megachannels became a launch pad for various major studios pilots which have evolved into the masses of today's very popular reality shows and real world concepts. The company's public offering plans were disrupted by the mid-2000 implosion. Mr. Mobley took it private and still controls the key software assets.
  • Nextelligence, Inc. (Chairman), a privately-held business creation and incubation firm that has fostered development of numerous spin-offs inclusive of several listed above. As Mr. Mobley's private think tank, Nextelligence provides the administrative and management support for start-up concepts and arranges proper capitalization for market development.

Mr. Mobley has extensive experience in global trade and marketing, working with such accounts as Ryder, Dole, Chiquita, Brands, NFL, NBA, MLB, Citibank, PepsiCo, and numerous perishable importers globally. Prior to WCO, Mr. Mobley held positions with Intermarket Services (Southeast Banks Export Trading Company), Wm. A. Mobley & Associates and Entrepreneurial Systems, Inc. of Miami specializing in the trade of perishable commodities from Latin America and Europe.

Mobley graduated from the University of Florida in 1984 with a Business degree in International Business Development and Marketing.
